A volunteer of the ministry will be at the lot at 6pm to welcome you. If this time does not work for you, please communicate this as early as possible.

This camper sleeps up to ten (10) and has an additional bunk space for two (2) in a clean, non heated/ac barn on the lot.

The firepit at the rear of this space is just divine. It is quiet and tranquil. 6 chairs are provided for seating + there are 4 bar stools and 2 benches. The best part is the outdoor lighting that makes it just magical.

There is a large utility box behind the camper that has a variety of outdoor games, water and sand toys.

GUESTS ::

Guests are welcome to come and spend time with you. They do not need to check in at the office or pay a visitor fee. They are required to abide by all rules.

LINENS ::

Linens (top and bottom sheet) are provided for each sleeping space + 1 blanket for each sleeping space. We provide 8 pillows + pillow cases. All linens are cleaned by a volunteer. Instructions will be available in your linen bin for you after your stay is complete. Please use only what is available in your bin and take the bin that is clearly marked with your check in day - MONDAY or FRIDAY.

There is a large outdoor seating space that also offers plugs for outdoor cooking. We would love for your to utilize this space as often as possible! It will keep the camper cooler and let’s be honest - you don’t cook outside at home :)

We do not recommend the use of the oven. Please take advantage of the stove top, grill and firepit for cooking.

• Wifi is available but it is not strong

Parking ::

DO NOT park on the lot. We want this space to stay clean and in great condition. We will serve 40 families this season in this space and that brings a lot of traffic to the lot. Please unload on the road or park and unload on the gravel drive just to the north of the lot. Parking is available in the field across from lots 189-194 (green) on the site map.

• NO SMOKING or Vaping* (min $500 fine for violation)

• NO PETS ALLOWED* on the lot or in the Give Hope RV

• NO Profanity*

• Check In/Out Time*: 3pm

• Alcoholic Beverages*:  Acceptable in moderation on your site only.

• Fires: Only in fire rings - which may not be moved. TriPonds does sell firewood and kindling.

• Fishing: No license is required. Fishing is catch and release. Bait is for sale at the store.  Please fish in the large pond only.

• Garbage:  Place in plastic bags and deposit in dumpster near the exit.  Please clean up your site when you leave. No trash in fire rings.

• DRIVE SLOWLY! Motorized off road vehicles are not allowed on the property.

• Quiet Hours:  Must be respected from 10:30 pm to 8:00 am.  No loud talking, music, or disturbing your closest neighbor.

• Swimming: Parents - supervise your own children at ALL times. TriPonds does request that guests use one bathing suit for the pool and a different one for the pond. There is NO LIFEGAURD ON DUTY.  

• Trees:  NO Cutting, injuring, or driving nails into trees is prohibited.

• Cleaning of the camper*: You are required to clean the camper and lot upon your exit. There will be a cleaning checklist at the camper that will need to be fulfilled. Failure to thoroughly complete will result in a minimum $50 cleaning fee.

• No tents on site unless previously discussed.

• Toilet*: is liquids only! No solids are allowed to go down. All other toilet needs can be accommodated in the public restroom by the pool. Failure to abide by this will result in a minimum $50 charge for cleaning.

• Air Conditioning*: to keep our electrical costs down, and your stay free, please only use during sleeping hours. This encourages you to spend your time outside and enjoy what God has created.
